For RE-ZIP this first year has been about getting ready for the first part of a European roll out of RE-ZIP. We have finalized the technology with the RE-ZIP manager and the database structure behind it has been upgraded to be more steady and scalable. The RE-ZIP manager has also been upgraded with a comprehensive support site, offering the user to easy access assistance and knowhow. A first version of the reporting tool has been developed and is now live for the partners. Lastly partners are either onboarded or have integrated with the RE-ZIP Manager.  

The partners have been using the last 12 months to prepare their RE-ZIP Hubs, and other preparations to start a RE-ZIP concept Pre-Test. It is now close to the end and partners are getting ready to take the RE-ZIP concept from pre-test to the next step. This involves more webshops being onboarded, more consumers receiving RE-ZIP, and thus more packaging saved. 

Additionally, together with our partners, we have developed a new box, which is on its way to being tested by both the webshops and of course the consumers. In the development of the new box we listened very carefully to the webshops and fulfillment centers, who wished for a RE-ZIP box that could stand without collapsing when being filled for shipment. We are proud to say that we have achieved that. The box also got brand new artwork that was created on the basis of user survey. The message is now presented in a more clear and simple way. Development of a new RE-ZIP bag is also well on the way to testing in warehouses and with consumers – we are looking forward to presenting that as well. 

And as a last note, our IT team is working on an exciting new feature for the RE-ZIP app that we are excited to present.
